Love Your Home is a private coaching package designed to help you start transforming your home and life. This six week package includes SIX private coaching sessions, plus email/chat support and all necessary resources.  

Together with a holistic approach to home creation, we will look at the mindset, motivation and methods for creating the home you truly desire from the inside-out. 

You may choose to walk through the Holistic Home Method including each of the Five Foundations of Home, or dig deep into one particular foundation. The Five Foundations of Home focus on the topics of mindset, clutter, time, energy and décor.

During the sessions, you will be given clear, actionable and personalized steps to figure out (1) what you really want in your home, (2) the methods that will make your desires a reality and (3) the personal support you need to make it all happen.

Holistic Home Coaching

Most of us spend more time in our homes than any other place. Our homes have powerful influence over the way we feel about ourselves and our lives, and creating home requires its own set of knowledge, skills and abilities.

Far too many of us assume that we should automatically know how to create and manage a home. And many belief that somehow our gender determines our natural ability. This is simply not true. We can struggle so much mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually and financially in our homes, because we don’t actually know what we need for true success, fulfillment and joy. And if we do know, we struggle to implement that knowledge in our homes and lives.

If you have been struggling to create a home that you truly love, I am here to help you make impactful changes and cultivate a home and life that you really want.

Think of me as the supportive friend here to help you discover your full potential and reach your desired goals as a home creator. When we work together, I will help you identify your values and goals, provide encouragement and hold you accountable throughout a journey of connecting our homes to who we are and what we really want in life.

This working relationship focuses on transformation through home and it is distinct from giving advice, consulting, counselling or therapy. We will work on and through mindset, motivation and methods specific to home creation. I will help you with tasks, personal goals and transitions at home. Together we will look at your current situation, identify limiting beliefs, challenges and obstacles, and then create a custom plan of action designed to help you achieve specific outcomes in your home and your life.
